Our team is a mix of passionate engineers, visionary leaders, and experienced professionals who bring diverse expertise in power electronics, energy systems, and sustainable technology.  Etrixa is united by a shared vision of making electrification smarter, more efficient, and accessible.

Etrixa, founded in 2021 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a high-tech start-up specializing in high-power wireless charging solutions and next-generation electric drive systems.

Our mission is to accelerate electrification through sustainable, high-efficiency, and reliable technologies that support the global transition to green energy and transportation.

Leveraging innovative research developed at Chalmers University of Technology, Etrixa collaborates with major European automotive companies in R&D and pilot demonstration.

Etrixa’s core products include high power fast charging systems and advanced electric drive solutions, designed to meet the demands of evolving electric transport industry with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and autonomy.

Our History

  • 2017

    WPT for home charging

    Wireless Power Transfer (WPT), 3,3 kW for passenger cars. Satisfied for international radiation standard of stray fields.

  • 2018

    WPT 50 kW

    Lab prototype for 50 kW, 800V high power wireless charging. Air distance 200mm, DC/DC efficiency 95%.

  • 2021

    Three-phase WPT

    Designed and prototyped 250 kW WPT with 3-phase technology, measured DC/DC efficiency 97%.

  • 2022

    WPT for 500 kW

    Technology breakthrough with 500 kW WPT system. To commercialise WPT technology developed within Chalmers University of Technology, Etrixa AB founded.

  • 2024

    Commercial charging

    Extended business area to commercial charging with power level of 150 kW-750 kW, using both WPT and plug-in technologies. Etrixa can offer complete alternatives for high power charging for commercial equipment.
